Oki 391 Printer repair/service. All repairs carry a 90 day warranty. Includes parts and labor on most repairs. Cosmetics and print head replacement are not included. There is an extra charge of $50 if the whole platform is cracked. Lightning struck printers sometimes can have an extra charge if all components are bad. Please pack your printer well and don't include any of the top plastics to reduce any chance of damage.
