Choosing the Proof and Print function in a Windows or Macintosh driver allows you to print just the first copy of the job after you sent it to the printer. You can then print the remaining copies from the front control panel under the Proof and Print menu option. You can request additional copies from the printer control panel menu. Once the file is printed from the front control panel, it is automatically deleted from the hard disk.You can download fonts, forms, and macros to the hard disk for permanent storage. You can then call them from the hard disk using font or macro call commands from within applications.
