This is a refurbished LQ-570 that is missing the top covers. These are often bought instead of having your current printer repaired. Just swap the covers over from your defective printer.
The EPSON LQ-570 dot matrix printers support the ESC/P2 command language which offers scalable fonts and enhanced graphics. The printers also have versatile paper handling allowing the user to select one of 4 paper paths. The printers have two sets of DIP (Dual In-line Package) switches located on the front panel.
