Sales Tax:  If you are a re-seller please email your Tax Certificate to your sales rep or send it to [email protected] Put your order number on the bottom and you will be credited the tax on your card. You must be a non-profit or the item must be for resale in order to not be taxed.

Fixed and Free shipping rates displayed are for the lower 48 states only.. Please call for shipping to any other location.

Shipping: Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
All products are shipped and delivered on business days.  Free Shipping does not apply to items shipped on Pallets.

 

EU:  This website is only for use outside the EU.  If you are interested in our products or services please call for assistance.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request.   Payment by wire transfer is required for all international orders. We don't ship to Indonesia, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

All Printers have a 90 day parts + labor warranty unless otherwise stated.
Most items have a 90 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items carry the standard factory warranty. We don't express or imply that any used item has a factory warranty left.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or canceled checks and canceled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or canceled credit cards and checks.


Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee and if returned for another item or for refund will be charged actual shipping in addition to the standard restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition. You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued.
An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. ALL RMAs requests should be emailed to [email protected] .
All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as an Return for credit. Customer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to BuyPrinters.com on all returns and repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.

Limitation of Liability:
Prine Systems, Inc. (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) do not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, injury,  loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Prine Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Prine Systems, Inc (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) are not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Prine Systems, Inc. for the said product or service.

Claims: If Customer makes any claims against Prine Systems, Inc., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the Duval County, Jacksonville, FL, USA.
